WAIVER FORM

To participate in any Shredability event or program you must have a completed and signed waiver form, in the case of participant being under 18, this form must be signed by a legal guardian or parent. Shredability reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to weather conditions. Our first priority is ensuring our events are as safe as possible. Check the event page at 1oam, cancellations are posted between 9.30am and 10am. As a general rule we make the decision to postpone or cancel based on the BOM radar and common sense. Please complete waiver and have signed by a prent or guardian to ensure you can participate in our events!
